You do not need fancy software. You need tools that support your actual business and automations that make sense for the way you work.

We’ll clean up the operational side of your business so information is easier to find, tasks are easier to track, and your backend feels less scattered.
This can include file organization, task management, business dashboards, recurring admin, and the places where things currently live in your head.

We’ll look at how your ideas become visible content and how your marketing process can become easier to repeat.
You’ll create more structure around planning, creating, repurposing, and tracking your content so marketing does not always feel like starting over.

We’ll focus on the systems that help you lead your business, make decisions, track priorities, and protect your capacity.
This is where your business stops depending on urgency and starts having more rhythm.
And no, you’re not expected to fix everything in 12 weeks.
This part is important.
You might get to Systems & Workflows and suddenly realize:
“Ohhh... there are 10 things I could improve here.”
That doesn’t mean you need to fix all 10 before moving on.
Instead, we’ll help you identify the one or two areas that deserve your attention most right now and focus your time there.
Some improvements might take 15 minutes.
Some might take the full two weeks.
And some might reveal a larger project you want to come back to later.
That’s okay.
The goal isn’t to hand you another giant list of things you should be doing.
It’s to help you make focused progress now while gaining clarity around what your business needs next.
How The Business Systems Accelerator Works
Each of the six focus areas will include a combination of short trainings, mini lessons, templates, checklists, worksheets, examples, and practical resources designed to help you understand what to look for and actually make improvements inside your business.
Two weeks per focus area
During the first week, you’ll assess, identify, and simplify with a short core training and practical action steps you can work through throughout the week.
The second week gives you space to implement, improve, and go deeper into what came up without immediately rushing into another area.
Some things may be completed quickly.
Others may need more time.
The goal is for you to leave each two-week focus with progress made, clearer priorities, and a plan for anything you want to continue working on later.
Plan to spend approximately 1–2 hours per week inside the program.
12 Weekly Implementation Office Hours
You won’t be handed a bunch of information and left to figure everything out yourself.
We’ll meet live each week for Implementation Office Hours, where you can:

Why I Created The Business Systems Accelerator
Hi, I’m Cindy! I’m a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, and for the past several years I’ve worked behind the scenes of online businesses helping with everything from systems, client experience, and tech to websites, launches, email marketing, workflows, organization, and day-to-day operations.
Over the years, I started noticing the same thing happening again and again. A client would originally hire me for help with one area of their business, but it usually wasn’t long before we uncovered something else that needed attention too.
We might start by improving their client experience and realize the workflow behind it wasn’t working as smoothly as it could. Then, while looking at the workflow, we might discover an automation was missing or something was being done manually that didn’t need to be. From there, we might realize the tools they were using no longer supported the way their business had grown.
And that’s because the different areas of your business don’t operate in isolation. They’re all connected.
Even if you had a great foundation when you started, your business changes over time. You add more clients, introduce new offers, start using different tools, build a team, change the way you market, and simply have more moving pieces to manage.
The systems that supported you a year or two ago may not be the systems that support the business you have today.
I like to think about it a little like a house. You can start with a strong foundation, but if you eventually want to renovate, add an extension, or build another floor, it makes sense to check what’s already there first. Can the foundation support what you’re adding? Does the electrical need to be updated? Is the plumbing still doing what it needs to do?
Your business really isn’t that different.
