A freebie swap is a simple collaboration where we each share one another’s free resource with our audiences. The goal is to introduce our communities to aligned business owners, share helpful resources, and get in front of new people in a way that feels supportive and mutually beneficial.
For this swap, I would share your freebie with my audience, and you would share one of mine with yours. We would agree on timing together so it feels simple and clear for both of us.
Your freebie would be shared in one of my weekly emails where I’ll include a description of your freebie and a link for my audience to download it.
For transparency, my email list is currently around 300 subscribers. It is still small, but growing, and my focus is on creating aligned, intentional collaborations that feel helpful for both audiences.

I’m a VA & OBM who supports women coaches, healers, service providers, and online business owners with the behind-the-scenes pieces of their business.
I help with things like backend support, systems, client experience, tech, content support, email marketing, website updates, organization, and the moving pieces that help a business feel less overwhelming and more supported. I also speak about overcoming burnout, stress, and overwhelm as an entrepreneur.
My audience is mainly women coaches, healers, service providers, and online business owners who are looking for more support, structure, and simplicity behind the scenes.
